From Incident Reports in your sidebar or the Quick Actions shortcut on your dashboard, usually while the ice pack is still on.

Fill in the structured form
What happened and how, the location from a fixed list, whether first aid was given and by whom, any further action, whether the parent was notified, and the child's participation after, from full participation to sent home.

Sign it
Your saved profile signature is offered by default, or draw a fresh one. Submitting moves the report to Pending Acknowledgment.

The family is notified instantly
Guardians get an email linking straight to the report, the card pins to the top of their feed until it's signed, and an Incident Reference entry writes itself into the child's daily log.

The parent signs from their phone
They draw their signature with a finger and confirm. The report becomes Signed, the PDF generates at that moment, and both of you can download it.
